C.S. Lewis's The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe at Maitland Repertory Theatre. Evacuated from wartime London to a rambling country house, four children stumble through an old wardrobe into Narnia — a land of talking beasts and endless winter, held in an icy spell by the cruel White Witch. As Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy are drawn into a battle for the land's freedom, everything turns on the return of the great lion Aslan and the price he's willing to pay. A timeless tale of courage, betrayal, sacrifice and hope, brought to the stage for the whole family. Step through the wardrobe at Maitland Repertory Theatre. See season dates and ticket details below.
